Nothing. There are no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, and no server of our own between you and the cluster.
The pages you open, the searches you run, and the wallet you connect are not recorded by this desk. The only outbound requests this site makes are to the RPC endpoint shown on the settings page and to the two font files it loads.
What the chain stores
Everything, forever, publicly. Every call to the system, every amount, every key, and every helpdesk message is written to a public chain and can be read by anyone at any time.
This is the point of the system, and it is also the risk of using it. Assume that anything you send is permanent.
What this desk stores
Memos. They live in this site's source and are public from the moment they are written.
This desk keeps no separate file on any counterparty. There is nothing here that is not also on the chain or on this site.
Names
A name is set by a counterparty for itself with the name instrument. It is public and it is not verified by anyone.
This desk reproduces names as they are stored without endorsement. A name is not evidence of who is behind a key.
Requests
There is no mechanism to delete chain data. Not for this desk, not for the bank, not for anyone.
If you ask for a deletion, the answer will be that it cannot be done, and that answer will come by memo or by helpdesk reply rather than silence.
